AIS Lab Software Request Application
AIS provides computer classrooms for faculty using computer technology in their course work. While AIS maintains and supports a number of common software applications, it is also aware that faculty may need additional applications to meet their specific course needs. To aid us in providing you with the requested resources in the AIS classrooms/labs, we need your help in providing us with some necessary information. We may not be able to address all requests, but we will do our best to accommodate you and the needs of the SPHTM.
NOTE: To provide AIS with adequate time to image computers and test applications, we request that you comply with the following deadlines:

By the target date, you must submit the software and all necessary documentation, including licenses for installation, to Kelly T Clark (ktclark@tulane.edu, 988-1400). Preliminary consulting and testing are encouraged long before the Deadline!

After completing the on line form please come to the AIS department on the 18th Floor along with all the necessary software, documentation and licenses.
